In 1971, Iler Iverson sat down with his two sons and discussed the importance of building homes that people can afford providing them with quality materials and craftsmanship.  His vision was shared by his sons, Darrell and Ramond so in 1972 they started D.I.R. Construction.  For over three decades they have kept their mission foremost in their mind always maintaining the tradition of excellence.

Our Mission:

To build homes for the people of Southern Minnesota that are reasonably priced, built with quality materials using expert craftsmanship.

As a designer, the mission with which we have been charged is simple: providing space at the right cost.
