How can a person know if they are getting a quality built house or a poorly build one?  Trust.  We build homes every day with the intention building better than the day before.  Excellence.  Our craftsmanship is the best available in southern Minnesota.  Square.  Plumb.  1/64".  These things mean a lot to us and our work shows it.

Materials
Hardwood floors or laminate?  Oak cabinets or pine?  As with so many items in life, building a home is full of compromises.  We will always be upfront on what items you can compromise on and which ones are money well-spent.  We will not sell you low quality materials trying to pass them off as a higher quality.
